Without the express written permission of MK Sports, no user may copy, distribute, modify, adapt, or create derivative works.

Paid Services and Settlement

Regarding Paid Services:

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MK Sports be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform's services. The total aggregate liability of MK Sports shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant services within the twelve (12) months preceding the termination of service.

Termination of Service

This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time. Upon termination, you shall immediately cease all use of MK Sports services and destroy any confidential information of MK Sports in your possession.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The interpretation, validity, and performance of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the competent People's Court in the location of MK Sports (China) Co., Ltd.
